For now, I'm just going to show you this picture. I will then give you the opportunity to:

Freak out and wonder how this picture is possible (i.e. if you're my mom)
Scratch your head and wonder who that weird guy is in the photo (i.e. you're almost anyone else—by the way, the answer is me)

Details to follow. I will say that Lis, while not exactly responsible, is at least partially to blame.

Unless I'm sorely mistaken, that's the devilish grin of Mr. Paul Pollini! Now come the questions: how?! where?! why?!
