Last night, the forecast for the evening was 90% chance of severe thunderstorms. That made the likelihood of seeing my brother-in-law’s softball playoffs rather slim. And yet, there was no rain. Indeed, there was no rain all night. The softball games were played, the in-law’s team kicked a bunch of ass, and it was good.
I can’t remember ever being in the 10% side of a 90% chance of anything weatherwise. It’s good to remember that 90% is really not the same as 100%.
