Last night I made my dear friend Liana’s recipe for macaroni and cheese. It was, as the recipe proclaimed, yummy! Liana has a number of her favorite recipes, most created or adapted by her, on her web site. I can also recommend the mulligatawny soup and the leek & potato soup. Go Liana!
On a separate note, our landlord has got to stop sending non-English speaking contracters over to our house before he gets here himself to meet them, and without giving us advance warning. I don’t speak a speck of Chinese! (Nor did I know our house was slated to be painted!) Weirdo landlord — just one more reason to be glad we’re moving, I guess...
